About the Author :
I'm a self-help expert, a professional psychotherapist, and a mindfulness trainer with over 15 years of experience training mindfulness and meditation across Europe and the U.S. My publications include the bestseller, Overthinking: Turn Off Your Thoughts, among others. My publications are a product of the many years I have spent analyzing the mind and a wealth of knowledge I have gathered from my training and interactions from mindfulness gurus in Asia, particularly India. I'm most passionate about guiding people through the steps of finding their purpose, happiness, and helping them discover the power of meditation and use it to achieve optimal life balance and excel in self-management. The core of my competency lies in my ability to blend the depth and essence of ancient philosophies and wisdom into contemporary living to help people reach the highest levels of awakening. I believe that self-awakening is best achieved when we focus from within ourselves and make a work purposefully to gain control of our mind and thought process. However, most times, we are caught in the rush to achieve our goals that we give minimal attention to our inner self, which is a vital source of our strength to attain personal actualization and reach peak performance. My books are an epitome of compassion, taking you through thoughtful and skillfully guided processes that help you gain deep awareness and conquer anxiety, mood disorders, and set you on the course to self-healing. I find my strength in sports, yoga, and mindfulness.

Review :
Overthinking serves to address three principal purposes amongst people in the society. First, it is meant to teach the readers how to overcome their destructive thoughts and start thinking positively. Second, it's a guide to address procrastination. The author of this book set a goal to assist every personage to overcome the hurdles their thoughts had positioned right in front of them. Procrastination wielded its double-edged sword to strike down my creative impulses which I kept postponing. The creativity comes back to limelight with this book in hand. Undoubtedly, Overthinking is one of the world's most intelligent insights into the ravaging beast that bedeviled man from achieving success. The chief theme in this book is freedom from too much of thinking. A shocking revelation of the age-long demon that gave birth to jealousy, with thrilling analogies to help readers gets freed from the shackles of Overthinking. Stunned by the contents of this book, I'd surely recommend this for every person with a heart destined for greatness. I found who I am meant to be within the pages of this scintillating book. Never has any author touched every aspects of life in one book as documented in this book. Get your luggage ready as you get launched into the deep of encountering the solutions to every life's worries. This thought-provoking book, written from the author's oceans of experience, attempts to right every mind that have been compromised already and still show them how to sail through life with ease. Losing control over insignificant matters had put me on the brink of allowing important details pertaining to my success in life to slip away under my fingers. This book has been so helpful for my anger issue. As a professional in the medical field, I've encountered a lot of patients whom I will definitely recommend this book to. With this, our stress will be reduced. In this modern world, there is no perfectionist. However, individual's reaction to failure determines the rate at which they succeed. Overcome failure today by grabbing your copy as soon as possible. This is another mind-blowing piece from the maestro who writes to inspire the spirit of others. Reading this will see you offload the emotional stress that has made your health remain unstable. The aesthetic composition of this great book in a less-elevated style will make every individual mirror themselves and discover who they really are. Having weighed and measured all the contents of this book, a strong conclusion is reached within me that my philosophy students would mostly be in dire need of it.
