About the Author :
E.H. McGRATH, S.J. (Human Life Centre, Bhubaneswar), former Director and Professor at XLRI, Jamshedpur, is a trainer and consultant in the field of human development and industrial relations. Several times chosen as sole arbitrator in industrial disputes, he has authored several books, including Compensation for Work Injuries, Training for Life and Leadership in Industry, and Guide to the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 (all published by PHI Learning, New Delhi).
