"I wrote this book with the hopes that it will reach at least one person in need of hope, and that this book would give them just that."

I prefer to look at the positive side of things. Because looking at the negative side gets depressing after a while. It is hard to believe that over 60 plus years have gone by since I was born, and that so much has happened in one lifetime.I believe that you can overcome any obstacle as long as you know of its existence, and know what you want, or don't want. That you can either decide to become the person you were always meant to be, by designing your life as best as possible.

Hello everyone, my name is Chad Raymond Gorm, however I go by either Chad Gorm or simply Chad, which is what my friends and family usually call me. I wrote this second book to show that there is more than one way to look at a life, and how I prefer to look at my life. Yes, a lot of crappy stuff happened to me. Some of that was not only horrific, but was down right atrocities that were not meant to be endured by anyone, yet they go on perpetrated against individuals all the time, and some go unpunished. This is another way to look at my life, and the way I prefer to see the truth is 'On the Positive Side'. My mother and father had 13 children together, however only the three of us survived. My sister Melody who is the oldest, my Brother Delano who is the middle child, and myself, the youngest. I have been very fortunate to have owned three businesses, been married 4 times and am currently married to my fourth wife Gleices, who I affectionately call Bunny. I believe in love at first sight. I believe that love can endure incredible things, and that true love can endure all things, as is evident by what my wife and I have endured together. Thank you for reading my book. I hope that you enjoyed it and that, like me, you have grown from this experience of reading it. For me, the growth came from writing it. Then, you will be forced to face it, with the future that you could have been prepared for, if you hadn't been hiding in the past. In the end, all any of us really have is the present. This very moment in time. We can not control what is coming and we can not control the present. Heck, let's just admit it, that we really don't have any control over anything in our lives. Well, very little. In the new testament of the Bible, in Matthew 24: 36, it says: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only." And in Mark 13: 32 it says: "But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father." This just shows how little control we have, and that what we think we control is really an illusion.
