Le processus de développement de nouveaux produits est l'un des processus clés de toute organisation, simplement parce que la majorité des coûts des produits sont fixés pendant la phase de développement. L'objectif principal de cette étude est d'examiner comment améliorer le niveau de conscience des coûts chez les ingénieurs de développement et mettre en oeuvre des méthodes de comptabilité de gestion dans le processus actuel de lancement de produits. Cette thèse vise à renforcer la conscience globale des coûts dans le processus de développement et l'organisation en proposant des idées sur la manière de surveiller la structure des coûts des produits pendant le processus de conception. À la suite de ces travaux, le processus de lancement de nouveaux produits a été mis à jour avec un cadre dans lequel des techniques de comptabilité de gestion sont mises en oeuvre dans le flux de travail du projet.
