Die Ergebnisse der empirischen Untersuchung legen nahe, dass der Grad der Beziehung, Loyalität, Zufriedenheit, Vertrauen, Sicherheit und Markenpersönlichkeit von Person zu Person unterschiedlich ist. Es wurde festgestellt, dass Kunden in Bezug auf den Nutzen eher deal-loyal als wirklich loyal sind.
