Joaquín Blaya es un ejecutivo de medios chileno-estadounidense que desempeñó un papel fundamental en el crecimiento de la radiodifusión en español en Estados Unidos. Ocupó cargos de liderazgo en Univision y Telemundo, ayudando a definir contenido y estrategia durante un período de gran expansión. Su influencia también se extendió al ámbito político, incluyendo su nombramiento por el presidente George W. Bush en la Broadcasting Board of Governors. Blaya es reconocido como una figura clave en el desarrollo de medios para las audiencias latinas en Estados Unidos. Joaquín Blaya is a Chilean-American media executive who played a pivotal role in the growth of Spanish-language broadcasting in the United States. He held leadership positions at Univision and Telemundo, helping shape content and strategy during a period of major expansion. His influence extended into the political sphere, including his appointment by President George W. Bush to the Broadcasting Board of Governors. Blaya is recognized as a key figure in the development of media for U.S. Latino audiences. Carlos Harrison es un periodista, editor y escritor galardonado con el Premio Pulitzer que reside en Miami, Florida. Con una destacada trayectoria en prensa escrita, televisión y publicaciones dirigidas al público hispano, ha sido corresponsal, editor y autor de numerosos libros en inglés y español. Su experiencia narrando algunas de las historias más relevantes de la comunidad latina en Estados Unidos lo ha consolidado como una voz respetada del periodismo hispano contemporáneo. Carlos Harrison is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, editor, and author based in Miami, Florida.
