Mit ihrer Hilfe kann zum Beispiel besser eingesch tzt werden, ob einem Ratschlag Glauben geschenkt werden kann, ob ein potentieller Arbeitnehmer passende Kompetenzen und Referenzen aufweist oder wie zuverl ssig ein Online-H ndler ist. Reputationssysteme k nnen auch Einblicke ber Interessen, Kompetenzen und Rollen von Mitlernenden, von Mitspielern oder Community-Mitgliedern geben. Reputationssysteme haben wie pers nlich zug ngliche Feedbacksysteme also auch h ufig die Aufgabe, ein gew nschtes Verhalten zu erreichen und die Motivation zur Nutzung eines Systems aufrechtzuerhalten. In dieser Brosch re wird dargestellt, wie und zu welchem Zweck Feedback- und Reputationssysteme eingesetzt werden. Dabei werden Motive f r den Einsatz der Systeme, wichtige Anwendungsgebiete sowie etliche Beispiele und Erfahrungen beschrieben. Systeme, die allein die Nutzeraktivit ten auswerten werden ebenso vorgestellt wie Systeme, die auf gegenseitigen Bewertungen aufbauen. Auch den webweit aggregierenden Reputationssystemen ist ein Abschnitt gewidmet. Schlie lich werden in der Studie Empfehlungen f r die Entwicklung von Reputations- und Feedbacksystemen gegeben. Diese Brosch re ist ein Ergebnis der ComStudy, die am Salzburg NewMediaLab (SNML) im Zeitraum von Oktober 2008 bis Februar 2010 durchgef hrt wird. Das SNML, das Kompetenzzentrum f r Neue Medien in sterreich, arbeitet daran, digitale Inhalte clever zu strukturieren, verkn pfen, personalisieren, f r alle auffindbar zu machen und nachhaltig zu nutzen und betrachtet dabei die Community als einen wesentlichen Faktor vieler Projekte.
