Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Arbeit, Betrieb, Organisation, Note: 1,3, Hochschule für angewandtes Management GmbH, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Viele der heute gegründeten Startups werden sehr schnell wieder aufgegeben, da diese oft Lösungen anbieten, die nicht die vorhandenen Probleme der Gesellschaft oder die von Unternehmen klären oder schlichtweg unternehmerisch schlecht geplant sind. Deshalb ist es sehr wichtig vorhandene Probleme in Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft zuerst aufzudecken um dann passgenaue Lösungsvorschläge zu präsentieren und diese strukturiert und gut geplant einzuführen. Genau hier setzt das Konzept des Lean Startups ein. Der Lean-Startup-Ansatz beschreibt einen Produkt-Launch oder eine Unternehmensgründung, bei dem mit möglichst wenig Kapital ein möglichst erfolgreiches Unternehmen gegründet wird. Das Konzept beruht auf dem "Learning-by-doing-Prinzip" und zeichnet sich vor allem durch frühe Markteinführungen mit möglichst einfachen Mitteln aus. Unter Betrachtung dieses Ansatzes soll die Durchführung eines Lean-Startups daher am Beispiel der Geschäftsidee "Running Food International" in der Gastronomiebranche beschrieben werden. Dazu werden im Folgenden zuerst die Geschäftsidee im Detail beschrieben und erste Planungsansätze anhand eines "Lean-Canvas-Plans" dargestellt. Die Geschäftsidee wurde durch Problem-Interviews genauer beleuchtet und um die entsprechenden Ergebnisse erweitert, bzw. an die geforderten Gegebenheiten angepasst. Die Entwicklung, Durchführung und Ergebnisse werden daher als nächstes Präsentiert. Danach folgt die Planung zur Unternehmensgründung an sich. Diese beinhaltet die gewählte Rechtsform, der personelle wie funktionale Aufbau der beteiligten Gesellschafter, sowie die Inhalte des Gesellschaftsvertrags. Anschließend wird die Finanzierung der Geschäftsidee vorgestellt und letztlich die Reflexion über die Geschäftsidee erläutert.
