Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2007 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Diagnostik, Note: 2,0, Universität Münster (Psychologisches Institut), Veranstaltung: Gesprächsführung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es um die verschiedenen Techniken diagnostischer Gesprächsführung, die in einem diagnostischen Gespräch umgesetzt werden sollen. Die Arbeit besteht aus drei Teilen: dem theoretischen Teil, dem praktischen Teil und dem Fazit. Im ersten - theoretischen Teil - werden die Techniken diagnostischer Gesprächsführung von H-J. Fisseni, R. Lutz und M. Henninger & H. Mandl kurz dargestellt. Diese Gesprächstechniken werden in einem diagnostischen 40-minütigen Gespräch umgesetzt. Im zweiten - praktischen Teil - wird das Gespräch ausgewertet, indem einige, gut gelungene und weniger gut gelungene Stellen aus dem Gespräch ausgewählt und analysiert werden. Damit ein Gespräch erfolgreich verläuft und der Befrager das eigentliche Ziel am Ende des Gesprächs erreicht, muss er die richtigen Fragen stellen, die den Befragter zum Reden anregen. Dafür bietet Hermann-Josef Fisseni bestimmte Fragetechniken ("explorative Fragetechniken") an. Die Exploration (lat. "explorare" - ausforschen, ermitteln, erkunden, untersuchen, prüfen, einer Sache auf den Grund gehen) als "Gespräch" umschreibt ein Vorgehen, das darauf abzielt, den "subjektiven Lebensraum des Probanden zu erkunden". H-J. Fisseni unterscheidet drei Gruppen der Fragen und klassifiziert sie nach ihrer unterschiedlichen Aufgabe: funktionale Fragen, formale Fragen, Suggestivfragen.
