About the Author :
Harald Wiedemann hat an der Universität Stuttgart Physik studiert und an der Universität-GH Essen promoviert. Nach Auslandsaufenthalten an den Universitäten Mailand und Glasgow sowie Industrietätigkeiten bei der Ford Werke AG und der LITEF GmbH ist er seit 2008 Professor für Mathematik, Physik und numerische Anwendungen im Maschinenbau an der Hochschule Offenburg. Gert-Ludwig Ingold hat an der Universität Stuttgart Physik studiert und promoviert. Er habilitierte in Theoretischer Physik an der Universität-GH Essen und ist seit 1994 Professor für Theoretische Physik am Institut für Physik der Universität Augsburg.
