2. Thema: Der Hodenhochstand C. SCIDRREN, Hamburg: Einfuhrung In sehr vielen Fallen wird auch der Androloge bei Hodenhochstand im Kindesalter zu Rate gezogen. Da der Androloge weiterhin fast regel massig bemuht wird, wenn eine Fertilitatsstorung nach vorausgegange nem Hodenhochstand aufgetreten ist, scheint die Besprechung im Rah men eines Symposiums wichtig. Ich habe mich bei der Zusammenstel lung des Programms allein von dem Gedanken leiten lassen, Ihnen ein abgerundetes Bild des Problems Hodenhochstand zu bieten. Dazu war es erforderlich, auch die Fachvertreter aus der Padiatrie, Kinderchirurgie, Urologie und Endokrinologie zu Wort kommen zu lassen. Denn nur die Zusammenschau dieses komplexen Geschehens kann uns zu einer einheit lichen Beurteilung kommen lassen. Um eine gewisse Einheitlichkeit in derNomenklaturder Referenten zu erreichen, habe ich die Aufstellung in der Tabelle vorbereitet. Ich bin mir daruber klar, dass man auch andere Bezeichnungen verwenden kann; im Interesse einer einheitlichen Betrachtung war eine solche Normierung aber erforderlich. Tabelle. Die verschiedenen Formen des Hodenhochstandes a) Physiologischer H.H. bei der Geburt. b) Pendelhoden im Kindesalter. Beide Hoden befinden sich im Scrotum. Bei thermischen Reizen und abnormer Erregungslage des M. cremaster kommt es zur Retraktion der Hoden bis maximal an den ausseren Leistenring. Der Zustand ist nur vorubergehend. c) Gleithoden. Normalgrosser Hoden, der sich vor dem ausseren Leistenring befindet und manuell in das Seroturn bringen lasst; er verbleibt jedoch nicht in dieser Lagerung, sondern schnellt in die Ausgangsposition zuruck, da der Ductus deferens zu kurz ist."
