About the Author :
Prof. Dr. Mahmut Arica ist Professor für Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Marketing & Digitalisierung, und leitet die Forschungsgruppe "Digital Consulting" am Institut für IT-Management und Digitalisierung (ifid) an der FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management Münster. Er verfügt über langjährige Expertise aus vielen Beratungsmandaten und erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Projekten in den Consultingbereichen von IBM, Siemens, Capgemini und Oracle. Christine Freye (DBA) ist als Senior Consultant Research & Analysis im Einkauf der August Storck KG tätig. Parallel hierzu forscht und lehrt sie am Institut für IT-Management & Digitalisierung (ifid) der FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management. Zusätzlich berät sie Unternehmen am Institut für Produktion & Logistik (LOGIS.NET) an der Hochschule Osnabrück.
