About the Author :
Prof. Dr. Fritz Böhle ist Leiter der Forschungseinheit Sozioökonomie der Arbeits- und Berufswelt an der Universität Augsburg und Vorstandsvorsitzender des Instituts für Sozialwissenschaftliche Forschung e.V. (ISF München). Habilitation für Soziologie an der Universität Bielefeld, Promotion (Dr. rer. pol.) an der Universität Bremen und Studium der Soziologie in Verbindung mit Volkswirtschaft und Psychologie an der LMU München. Er forscht in den Gebieten Entwicklungen von Arbeit, Verwissenschaftlichung von Arbeit und Erfahrungswissen, Grenzen der Planung und Umgang mit Ungewissheit. Beteiligung an mehreren Sonderforschungsbereichen, u.a. SFB 536 Reflexive Modernisierung (1999-2009).   Dr. Markus Bürgermeister ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter der Forschungseinheit Sozioökonomie der Arbeits- und Berufswelt an der Universität Augsburg. Promotion in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Augsburg, davor Ausbildung zum Versicherungskaufmann. Er forscht in den Gebieten Innovation, Controlling, Unternehmensführung und Organisation, unter besonderer Berücksichtigung von Grenzen der Planung.   Dr. Stephanie Porschen ist Arbeits- und Industriesoziologin am Institut für Sozialwissenschaftliche Forschung (ISF München e.V.). Promotion (Dr. rer. pol.) an der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Augsburg. Studium der Soziologie, Sozialpsychologie und Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Ludwig Maximilians Universität München. Davor Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau. Zu ihren Forschungsgebieten zählen u. a. Arbeit und Innovation, Austausch impliziten Erfahrungswissens, Vertrauen in flexiblen Unternehmen. Beteiligung am Sonderforschungsbereich SFB 536 Reflexive Modernisierung.
