Da die Kundenw nsche, Einstellungen und Meinungen allerdings nicht a priori bekannt sind, f llt deren Erhebung eine wesentliche Bedeutung f r den Organisationserfolg zu. Einheutzutage h ufig eingesetztes Instrument bei der Erhebung ist die schriftliche Befragung der Kunden mittels Fragebogen.Daraus folgt die Notwendigkeit sich intensiv mit der Fragebogengestaltung und deren Optimierung auseinanderzusetzen. In Anbetracht der hohen Kosten, die mit einer schriftlichen Befragung, zum Beispiel durch Interviewer- und Auswertungsaufwendungen einhergehen, ist es von besonderer Wichtigkeit auch einen hohen Nutzen aus der Datenerhebung zu ziehen. Der Nutzen einesFragebogens besteht aus den Erkenntnissen, die der Befrager aus den Antworten der Teilnehmer erlangt. Erkenntnisse lassen sich also am besten gewinnen, wenn der Informationsgehalt dieser Antworten m glichst gro und ergiebig ist. Die G te eines Fragebogens ist demzufolge danach zu beurteilen, wie hoch die Quantit t unddie Qualit t des Antwortmaterials und im Ergebnis der daraus resultierende Gesamtinformationsgehalt ist.Diese Untersuchung widmet sich einerseits der Bestimmung und Entwicklung von geeigneten Messinstrumenten, um sowohl die Quantit t als auch die Qualit t von Antworten in offenen Fragebogenmodulen messbar zu machen.
