Die geschichtlichen Ereignisse der Bundesrepublik Deutschland haben dazu beigetragen, dass Deutschland seit Jahrzehnten ein Einwanderungsland ist. Vor allem in den Grossstadten ist die Anzahl der Kinder aus Migrationsfamilien enorm hoch. Diese Tatsache allein ist jedoch kein Grund zu einer negativen Darstellung der Situation. Die Problematik aussert sich in den Bildungssituationen. Als die PISA-Studie die gravierenden Ergebnisse der Leistungen von Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund offiziell vorgestellt hat, ist dieses Thema zu einem der wichtigsten in den Debatten der Bildungspolitik geworden. Fakt ist, dass die sprachlichen Kompetenzen der Migrantenkinder enorm schwach sind. Dies zeigt sich negativ in der Schule und zwar in fast jedem Unterricht. Nicht nur in sprachlichen Fachern wie Deutsch bleiben Migrantenkinder zuruck, auch um die Textaufgaben in Mathematik zu losen, mussen sie diese verstehen. Die systematische vorschulische und schulische Sprachforderung soll dieses Problem beheben. Vor allem die vorschulische Forderung sollte mehr ausgebreitet werden und so fruh wie moglich anfangen. Konzentriert arbeiten die Bildungspolitiker an unterschiedlichen Konzepten der Sprachforderung, die dann am Ende stark divers sind. Die Tatsache, dass die Mehrsprachigkeit der Kinder durch die Sprachforderung der deutschen Sprache nicht abgeschafft werden kann, bleibt unbeachtet. Prof. Dr. Gogolin aussert sich wie folgt dazu: 'Die Zwei- oder Mehrsprachigkeit der Kinder wachst sich bei verstarkter Sprachforderung in der deutschen Sprache nicht aus, sondern bleibt als permanente Bildungsvoraussetzung erhalten, da die Vitalitat der Herkunftssprachen nachweislich hoch ist und langfristig auch erhalten bleibt.&apo
