Das Leben jedes einzelnen Individuums lauft in verschiedenen Phasen ab. Die langste Phase ist die der Bildung. Man lernt sein ganzes Leben lang. Lernen ist ein unvermeidbarer, lebenslanger Prozess. Als kleines Kind lernt man z.B. die Sprache, die Dinge, die Welt als Grundlage fur seine weitere Entwicklung, fur sein 'Menschwerden'. Erst das Phanomen Sprache macht der Mensch zum Menschen. Sie ist die Voraussetzung fur seine Existenz. In dem Moment als man die Sprache kennengelernt hat, geht er immer weiter und er kann ohne Hindernisse eine symbolische Welt aus Bedeutungen schaffen, die er mit anderen Menschen teilt. Weiterhin lernt man die Sprache durch die Dinge, die man sinnlich wahrnimmt. Dem Kind werden Bilder gezeigt und mithilfe der Erwachsenen und der Sprache erklart. Erst dann kann das Kind ein Bild verstehen und durch seine Sinne wahrnehmen. Diese zwei Phanomene, namlich Sprache und Dinge, bilden und erklaren die Welt. Ein Teil dieser Phase der Bildung, die von grosser Bedeutung ist, ist der Schulbesuch. Wer von uns hat in dieser 'grossen' Institution keine Zeit verbracht? Sie hat die Funktion Wissen zu vermitteln und zu erziehen. In der Schule wird gelehrt und gelernt. Diese Prozesse finden meistens in Form vom Unterricht statt, wobei sehr wichtig ist wie dieses organisiert und strukturiert wird. Die Frage, welcher Lehrstoff vermittelt werden soll, damit die Schuler motiviert und gebildet werden konnen, beschaftigt die Menschen seit Jahrhunderten. Mit dieser Frage hat sich auch einer den grossten und bedeutsamsten Philosophen, Theologe und Padagoge Johann Amos Comenius (1592-1670) beschaftigt. Diese, so wichtige fur die Padagogik, Person ist aber viel weiter gegangen, indem sie sich auch Gedanken daruber gemacht hat, wie alle Bildung fur alle Menschen gewahrleistet werden kann oder uber die Notwendigkeit einer Erziehung aller Menschen. Seine Philosophie, die auf die Besserung der Angelegenheiten der Menschen hinzielt, nannte Comenius Pansophie 1: eine Allweisheitslehre, in der die wesentlichen Erkenntnisse aller Wissenschaften aufgezeigt werden. Aber ist es wirklich moglich alle Menschen alles zu lehren? Wenn ja, wodurch kann dieses erreicht werden? [.
