In meiner Hausarbeit mochte ich mich mit dem Thema 'Teamteaching im Gemeinsamen Unterricht' auseinandersetzen. Insbesondere mochte ich mich mit der Fragestellung der Vor- und Nachteile von Teamarbeit beschaftigen und im zweiten Teil meiner Hausarbeit meine Erfahrungen mit Teamarbeit im Gemeinsamen Unterricht wahrend meines Praktikums reflektieren. In der Literatur finden sich viele Definitionen von Teamteaching, die jeweils unterschiedliche Bedeutungen beinhalten. Die folgende Definition von Daxbacher und Berger, aus dem Jahre 1993, enthalt fur mich alle Aspekte von Teamteaching, die eine Zusammenarbeit von Lehrkraften im Gemeinsamen Unterricht ausmachen sollte. Es 'unterrichten mindestens zwei Lehrpersonen in derselben Klasse. Die Unterrichtsplanung, die -durchfuhrung und die Auswahl der Unterrichtsinhalte sowie der Unterrichtsmethoden erfolgt gemeinsam durch die in der Klasse tatigen Lehrpersonen. Sie tragen die Verantwortung gemeinsam und damit verbunden ist eine flexible Aufteilung der Aufgaben bzw. der Zustandigkeiten fur einzelne SchulerInnen. Die Lehrpersonen reagieren abwechselnd unterrichtsinitiierend und -unterstutzend. Es gibt ein breit gefachertes Angebot von Lernanlassen, das eine flexible Differenzierung und Individualisierung ermoglicht.' (www.uni-koeln.de, S.6) Erganzend: Die Schuler konnen flexibel und den Lernanlassen oder den Lernniveaus angepasst in Gruppen eingeteilt werden. (vgl. www.uni-koeln.de, S.13) In meinen Ausfuhrungen beziehe ich mich auf die Zusammenarbeit von Lehrkraften im Gemeinsamen Unterricht. Teamteaching kann in einer Klasse mit Gemeinsamem Unterricht von einer wenige Stunden umfassenden, bis zu einer kompletten Doppelbesetzung stattfinden.
