Die internationale Marketing-Logistik wird durch die Globalisierung der Märkte, eine angestrebte Kundennähe und die abnehmende Bedeutung geographischer Entfernungen vor neue Herausforderungen gestellt. Dabei entstehen immer mehr interorganisationale Logistikpartnerschaften und -netzwerke, die eine enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beteiligten Unternehmen erfordern. In dieser Arbeit wird das Konzept strategischer Netzwerke auf das System der internationalen Marketing-Logistik übertragen. Dabei werden die Relevanz und Ausgestaltung kooperativer Vorgangsweisen in der internationalen Marketing-Logistik untersucht und die Chancen interorganisationaler Arbeitsteilung herausgearbeitet. Aus dem Blickwinkel internationaler Industrieunternehmen werden mögliche Beziehungsdimensionen auf Business-to-Business-Märkten identifiziert, die eine Basis für Gestaltungsempfehlungen in diesem Kontext darstellen. Die Arbeit zielt darauf ab, zentrale Rahmenbedingungen der internationalen Marketing-Logistik zu identifizieren und deren Relevanz für die Entwicklung strategischer Netzwerke zu beurteilen.

About the Author :
Der Autor: Klaus Hermann Neuhäuser, Dipl.-Kfm., Dr. rer.pol. wurde 1966 in Essen geboren. Nach dem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Dortmund war er wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter von Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. H.G. Meissner am Lehrstuhl für Marketing der Universität Dortmund und als Dozent für Marketing an verschiedenen Weiterbildungseinrichtungen der Wirtschaft (z.B. VWA, IHK) tätig. Seit 1999 arbeitet er als Berater in der Managementberatung.
