Welche Unterrichtssituationen von Lehrern als angenehm oder belastend erlebt werden, hängt nicht allein von äußeren Bedingungen ab, sondern ist das Ergebnis komplexer kognitiver Prozesse. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, Zusammenhänge zwischen wahrgenommenen Unterrichtssituationen, Gefühlen, Ursachenzuschreibungen, Bewältigungsstrategien und Berufszufriedenheit zu erhellen. Anhand einer Stichprobe von 665 Lehrern werden einzelne Lehrertypen mit unterschiedlichen kognitiven Landschaften ermittelt. Daraus lassen sich differenzierte Interventionsmaßnahmen - Beratung, Training, Therapie - ableiten, die auf Veränderung der kognitiven Landschaft und Steigerung der Zufriedenheit von Lehrern im Beruf abzielen. Dieses Buch eignet sich nicht nur für den Hochschulbereich (Psychologen, Pädagogen), sondern wendet sich in seiner verständlichen Sprache auch an praktizierende Lehrer, Bildungsträger und Interessenverbände.

About the Author :
Der Autor: Matthias Alexander Grimm wurde 1961 in Hamburg geboren. Er studierte Psychologie an der Universität Hamburg. Während seiner Promotion arbeitete er in der Bildungsabteilung zweier Wirtschaftsunternehmen. Seit 1992 ist er selbständig tätig als Seminarleiter und befaßt sich darüber hinaus mit Weiterbildungskonzeptionen imd Eignungsdiagnostik im Management.
