About the Author :
Bert Erlen ist gelernter Bankkaufmann und studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspädagogik und Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Universität Köln. Er ist ausgebildeter und zertifizierter Managementcoach (dvct) und betreute u.a. Führungkräfteprogramme und -tagungen in der Corporate University des Haniel-Konzerns. Seit 2005 arbeitet er freiberuflich als Trainer und Coach für Unternehmensführung sowie als Berater für Führungskräfteentwicklung. Andrew Jay Isaak ist Projektleiter IT und Dozent am Dekanat für Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Mannheim und befindet sich in der Promotionsvorbereitung. Zuvor fungierte er u.a. als Geschäftsführer des Startups Tommoko Crowdfunding UG und als Unternehmensberater bei der Accenture Consulting GmbH. Er absolvierte sein Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (MBA) an der Pace University in New York und sein Bachelorstudium (B.A.) in Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Bucknell University in Pennsylvania.
