Die Frage "Was soll ich tun?" dient der Orientierung. Der Band ist aber nicht nur ein Plan und Wegweiser durch die Ethik, sondern zeigt außerdem, wie Pläne und Wegweiser zu verstehen und zu gebrauchen sind. Er bietet Anlässe zur Einëbung in die Reflexion und vermittelt Reflexionsmethoden, Fachmethoden und Methoden fër die Arbeit mit Medien. Er erwartet keine Vorkenntnisse und wendet sich an junge Menschen im Ethikunterricht der Oberstufe - in einem Alter, in dem weit reichende Entscheidungen fër den weiteren Lebensweg getroffen werden. Die Arbeitstexte stehen in ihrem unterrichtlichen Zusammenhang: auf der linken Seite ein Bild mit Erschließungsfragen und Arbeitsaufträgen, die in den theoretischen Text auf der rechten Seite einfëhren, ihn problematisieren, vertiefen oder reflektieren. Die Aufträge sind einheitlich mit Hilfe von Operatoren formuliert: beschreiben, informieren, recherchieren, erklären, diskutieren ... Drei Hauptkapitel erlauben einen kompletten Durchgang durch die Ethik:I. Einfëhrung in die Anthropologie: Wer bin ich? Was ist der Mensch?II. Allgemeine Ethik: Das Ich und die Anderen (deontologische Ethik, utilitaristische Ethik, Ethik der Ehrfurcht vor dem Leben, Grundlegung der Rechtsgemeinschaft, existenzialistische Ethik, Überwindung der Egozentrik in der Ethik)III. Bereichsethiken: Das Ich in problemhaltigen Lebenslagen (Sozialethik, Wirtschaftsethik, Bioethik, Medizinethik).

About the Author :
Josef GröÃchen ist Gymnasiallehrer und unterrichtet Ethik, Philosophie, Mathematik und Informatik. Er ist Fachleiter fÃ"r Philosophie und war zusammen mit Professor Dr. Stefan Grätzel mehr als 10 Jahre fÃ"r die Weiterbildung von Ethik-Lehrern in Rheinland-Pfalz verantwortlich. Dr. Stephan Grätzel ist Professor fÃ"r Praktische Philosophie und wissenschaftlicher Leiter der Internationalen Maurice Blondel-Forschungsstelle fÃ"r Religionsphilosophie am Philosophischen Seminar der Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz. Zu seinen wissenschaftlichen Schwerpunkten im Rahmen der universitären Lehre gehören u.a. die Gegenstandsbereiche der Ethik, der Philosophischen Anthropologie, die Erforschung des Verhältnisses zwischen Philosophie und Praxis wie auch des Verhältnisses von Ãsthetik und Poetik.Im Rahmen seiner Publikationstätigkeit veröffentlichte er zahlreiche ein- und weiterfÃ"hrende BÃ"cher zu den Grundfragen und Grundproblemen der Hermeneutik, der Phänomenologie und der Dialektik wie auch der modernen Religionsphilosophie, in denen er sich u. a. kritisch mit dem Thema Mythos und Mystik und ihrer Bedeutung fÃ"r die Gegenwart auseinandersetzt.In seinen neuesten Veröffentlichungen âSystem der Ethikâ, âMethoden der Praktischen Philoso
