Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Erwachsenenbildung, Note: 1,7, Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau (Distance and Independent Studies Center (DISC)), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser wissenschaftlichen Ausarbeitung ist es, die Bedeutung des Kompetenzlernens für die Berufspraxis zu verdeutlichen. Die vorliegende Arbeit soll zeigen, welche Methoden bisher von Unternehmen zur Förderung der Kompetenzentwicklung eingesetzt werden und wie diese zu bewerten sind. Dazu werden die Methoden E-Learning und Blended Learning gegenübergestellt, um Aussagen darüber treffen zu können, inwiefern sich die Instrumente zur Kompetenzentwicklung in Unternehmen eignen. Diese Methoden sollen im Rahmen der Arbeit untersucht und verglichen werden, da sie im Hinblick auf die zunehmende Digitalisierung für Unternehmen nicht mehr wegzudenken sind. Dazu wird die Hermeneutik, als nicht-empirische, erziehungswissenschaftliche Forschungsmethode verwendet, was bedeutet, dass auf bestehendes Datenmaterial zurückgriffen wird. Diese Methode dient in erster Linie dem Verständnis der Thematik, sowie der Auslegung und Interpretation der Literatur. Zur Theoriebildung und um den tiefergehenden Sinn offenzulegen, findet zunächst eine Abgrenzung der Schlüsselbegriffe in Kapitel 2 statt. In Kapitel 3 wird dann der Prozess "Vom Wissen zur Kompetenz" veranschaulicht, in dem die Kernelemente der Kompetenzen zusammengefügt werden. Basierend darauf folgt der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit. Dieser bildet die Kompetenzentwicklung in Unternehmen und ihre zunehmende Bedeutung. Auf Basis der Sekundärforschung wird in Kapitel 4 erörtert, wie Kompetenzentwicklung ermöglicht sowie unterstützt werden kann. Es wird erörtert, welche Bedeutung das Kompetenzmanagement für die Unternehmen hat. Nachfolgend wird sich auf die Darstellung und die kritische Beurteilung der beiden Methoden, E-Learning und Blended Learning sowie New Blended Learning fokussiert, um die Kompeten
