In der detaillierten Betrachtung soll die tatsächliche bzw. die wahrgenommene Veränderung einer einzelnen Kulturdimension hinsichtlich der Verhaltensweisen untersucht werden. Primär geht es nicht um die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen, sondern vielmehr um die Beantwortung der grundlegenden Frage, ob die Transformation der Unternehmenskultur mithilfe eines spielerischen Ansatzes erfolgreich und wirkungsvoll initiiert werden kann. Dahinter steht der Grundgedanke, die angestrebte Veränderung mit einer qualitativen Evaluationsstudie wissenschaftlich zu begleiten sowie die Wirkungen durch subjekt-orientierte, einzelfallintensive sowie offene Beschreibung der in der Praxis ablaufenden Prozesse einzuschätzen. Der Autor hat sich daher bewusst für einen qualitativen Zugang entschieden. Ausgehend von dieser wurde ein Interviewleitfaden entwickelt, welcher der Logik der drei Kategorien Kognition, Emotion und Verhalten folgt. Aus der Perspektive der Systemtheorie, einer soziologischen Theorie, kann ein Unternehmen als eigenes System verstanden werden. Niklas Luhmann beschreibt die Entstehung eines Systems durch Interaktionen, Operationen und Bildung von Differenzen zu anderen Systemen. Die Grenzen eines Systems sind nicht als territoriale Abgrenzungen aufzufassen, sondern sie entstehen durch Kommunikation. Übertragen auf die vorliegende Arbeit ist sowohl die Kultur als auch das Unternehmen an sich als ein eigenständiges System zu verstehen. Entsprechend dem zugrundeliegenden Modell der Unternehmenskultur nach Schein (1995) besteht zwischen der Kultur und der Organisation eines Unternehmens eine reziproke Abhängig
