About the Book

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th IFIP WG 8.1 International Conference on Informatics and Semiotics in Organisations, ICISO 2016, held in Campinas, Brazil, in August 2016.

The 16 full papers and 9 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 30 submissions.
