About the Book

This volume contains the selected papers presented at the 9th International Conference on Innovations, Physical Studies and Digitalization in Mining Engineering (IPDME 2021). The conference was held in St. Petersburg, Russia, on April 22–23, 2021. Within the conference framework, at Saint Petersburg Mining University, there were special sessions on novel materials for mining tools and equipment, materials study and engineering, mineralogy, and ore treatment.
