Dr. Marie-Luise Stoll-Steffan is the lead auditor and consultant for management standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29993:2018 and ISO 21001:2018). Since 2014, she has been managing Life School GmbH, a consulting company for educational institutions and the development of integrated management systems in operational practice. She is a member of the National Working Committee of DIN NA 159-06-01 AA Education Services, the Technical Committee ISO/TC 232 Education and Learning Services and ISO/CASCO/TC232 JWG58 Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems of educational organisations. She has many years of experience in higher education planning in the German state of Hesse, and as Deputy Managing Director of the Frankfurt Chamber of Industry and Commerce, she was responsible for vocational training and continuing education. Until 2013, she founded and managed two international education organisations in Frankfurt and Lausanne.
Klaus-Michael Steig is an independent consultant, trainer and founder of the management consultancy STG Beratende Ingenieure in Schotten/Hessen. He advises companies in the field of process, project and quality management, in the establishment of quality management systems and the implementation of audits according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2017, ISO 29993:2018 and ISO 21001-2018. For many years, he has audited institutions in the education industry, among others, on behalf of various certification companies. He worked for more than ten years as Vice President Quality for quality development in the Dachverband der Weiterbildungsorganisationen e.V. on a voluntary basis and is a member of the DIN working committee NA 159-06-01 AA Educational Services as well as the Technical Committee ISO/TC 232 Education and learning services.
