Prof. (Dr.) Abhishek Swaroop completed his B.Tech. (CSE) from GBP University of Agriculture & Technology, M.Tech. from Punjabi University Patiala, and Ph.D. from NIT Kurukshetra. He has Industrial experience of 8 years in organisations like Usha Rectifier Corporations and Envirotech Instruments Pvt. Limited. He has 22 years of teaching experience. He has served in reputed educational institutions such as Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, Sharda University Greater Noida and Galgotias University Greater Noida. He has served at various administrative positions such as Head of the Department, Division Chair, NBA coordinator for the university, Head Training & Placements. He is currently working in the CSE Department, St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management, Khurrampur, Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Prof. Bal Virdee graduated with a BSc (Engineering) Honours in Communication Engineering and MPhil from Leeds University, UK. He obtained his PhD from University of North London, UK. He was worked as an academic at Open University and Leeds University. Prior to this, he was a research and development Electronic Engineer in the Future Products Dept. at Teledyne Defence (formerly Filtronic Components Ltd., Shipley, West Yorkshire), and at PYE TVT (Philips) in Cambridge. He has held numerous duties and responsibilities at the university, ie: Health and Safety Officer, Postgraduate Tutor, Examination’s Officer, Admission’s Tutor, Short Course Organiser, Course Leader for MSc/MEng Satellite Communications, BSc Communications Systems and BSc Electronics. In 2010 he was appointed Academic Leader (UG Recruitment). He is a member of ethical committee, member of the school's research committee, and research degrees committee.
Prof. Sérgio D. Correia received his Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2000, the Master's Degree in Industrial Control and Maintenance Systems from Beira Interior University, Covilhã, Portugal, in 2010, and the Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2020. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Portalegre Polytechnic University, Portugal. He is also a Researcher at COPELABS - Cognitive and People-centric Computing Research Center, Lusofona University of Humanities and Technologies, Lisbon, Portugal, and VALORIZA - Research Center for Endogenous Resource Valorization, Portalegre Polytechnic University, Portalegre, Portugal, and has worked with several private companies for more than 20 years.
Prof.Jan Valíček is currently a professor at The Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice, Czech Republic since 2018. His previous roles include serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Mining and Geology at VŠB-TU Ostrava (2017-2018), heading the Institute of Physics at VŠB-TU Ostrava (2015-2016), and being the Dean for Science, Research, and Foreign Relations at the same institution (2014-2016). He has also been a researcher at the Institute of Geonics as CR in Ostrava (2008-2014), an associate professor (2008-2018), and a lecturer (2003-2008) at the Institute of Physics, VŠB-TU Ostrava. Valíček holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (2004) and an Ing. (M.Sc.) in Mining and Geology (2002), both from VŠB-TU Ostrava. His applied research includes developing contactless surface topography measurement methods and methodologies for determining mechanical equivalents of materials. Notable projects include the synthesis and study of nanomaterials, topography measurement of surfaces, and education systems for surface engineering.
