Ahmed J. Obaid is Asst. Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics, University of Kufa, Iraq. Dr. Ahmed holds a bachelor's in computer science, a degree in information systems from the College of Computers, University of Anbar, Iraq (2001-2005), and a master's degree (M.Tech.) in computer science engineering (CSE) from School of Information Technology, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India (2010-2013), and a doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) in web mining from College of Information Technology, University of Babylon, Iraq (2013-2017). He is Certified Web Mining Consultant with over 14 years of experience working as Faculty Member at the University of Kufa, Iraq. He has taught courses in Web design, Web Scripting, JavaScript, VB.Net, MATLAB Toolbox, and other courses on PHP, CMC, and DHTML from more than 10 international organizations and institutes in the USA and India.
Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude, in applied electronics and telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is Author of more than 350 research papers in refereed journals and international conferences. Her research interests are in intelligent systems, fuzzy control, soft computing, smart sensors, information fusion, modeling, and simulation. She is Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE). Dr. Balas is Director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad and Director of the Department of International Relations, Programs, and Projects in the same university. She served as General Chair of the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications (SOFA) in nine editions.
Dr. Zdzislaw Polkowski is Professor of UJW at Faculty of Technical Sciences and Rector's Representative for International Cooperation and Erasmus+ Program at the Jan Wyzykowski University Polkowice. Since 2019 he is also Adjunct Professor in Department of Business Intelligence in Management, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Poland. Moreover, he is Visiting Professor in University of Pitesti, Romania, and WSG University Bydgoszcz, Poland, and Adjunct Professor in Marwadi University, India. He is Former Dean of the Technical Sciences Faculty during the period 2009-2012 at UZZM in Lubin. He served as Member of Technical Program Committee in many international conferences in Poland, India, China, Iran, Romania, and Bulgaria. Till date he has delivered 24 invited talks at different international conferences across various countries. He is also Member of the Board of Studies and Expert Member of the doctoral research committee in many universities in India.
Muthmainnah is Distinguished Academic affiliated with the Department of Indonesian Language Education at Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar in Sulawesi Barat, Indonesia. She holds a Ph.D. in English Education from the State University of Makassar, where she developed literary work-based materials for language education. With extensive experience in teaching and academic administration, she has served as Assistant Professor, Vice Director of Quality Assurance, and Head of the Language and Character Development Unit at Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar. Muthmainnah is External Examiner and Supervisor for Ph.D. programs at several international universities, including Manipal GlobalNxt University in Malaysia, Buriram Rajabhat University in Thailand, UNICAF in Cyprus, and Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria. She is also Adjunct Faculty Member at various institutions and has served as Ph.D. Examiner for universities in Australia and India.
