About the Book

This book explores the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence on the future of wireless networks with its emerging use cases. The authors cover topics from AI-powered signal processing and autonomous network management to intelligent resource allocation, 5G/6G integration, and security, and provide a comprehensive roadmap for researchers, engineers, and technologists. Through a structured and forward-looking approach, this book highlights how AI is redefining wireless communication to be more adaptive, efficient, and intelligent for smarter IoT systems, autonomous vehicles, and resilient digital infrastructures. Structured into six thematically coherent sections, the book covers foundational AI concepts for wireless systems, intelligent architectural design, applications in next-generation technologies, optimization strategies, privacy and ethical concerns, as well as emerging use cases including IoT, vehicular networks, and digital twins. Each chapter is thoughtfully curated to provide both foundational knowledge and insight into current research and real-world implementations, ensuring relevance for academics, practitioners, and industry stakeholders alike.

  • Describes how AI, 5G/6G, IoT, and non-terrestrial networks are transforming wireless communication systems;
  • Covers critical issues like security, privacy preservation, and ethical AI deployment;
  • Provides practical insights through real applications and case studies.
