About the Author :
Aicha Adoui is a Moroccan scholar and professor specializing in internationalization, higher education, and the intersection of diplomacy, technology, and communication. Her work bridges theory and practice, with a focus on intercultural communication, education policy, and the global impact of emerging technologies on academic systems. She was a Fulbright Scholar and earned a PhD co-directed with Georgetown University. A published author, her works include International Higher Education and The Rise of Soft Power as Cultural Diplomacy (2023) and The Internationalization of Higher Education and Digital Transformation (2025).
