About the Author :
Fatima Roumate is the President and Founder of the International Institute of Scientific Research (Morocco) and a Full Professor of International Economic Law and Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Law, Economic and Social Sciences Agdal, Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. She is a member of the AI for Good Impact Initiative Steering Committee (ITU), the Information Ethics Working Group of IFAP (UNESCO), and the Ad Hoc Expert Group for the Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (UNESCO, Morocco). Roumate is also the founder of the Global Network on AI and International Society (GNAI&IS) and is widely recognized as a global expert on artificial intelligence and international psychological security. Dr. Roumate is a leading Moroccan academic known for her expertise in international law, technological sovereignty, AI ethics, and digital diplomacy. She has published extensively in Arabic, French, and English on subjects such as technological challenges, AI in higher education, and digital diplomacy. Her edited book on artificial intelligence and digital diplomacy was ranked among the top 20 best books globally by Book Authority. She has been a keynote speaker at numerous international events, including a session at the House of State in Finland. Among her many accolades are a Doctor Honoris Causa from the University UNIFE in Peru, the International Evgeny Kuzmin Award at the IT Forum in 2024, and the "Iconic Leaders Creating a Better World" award at the Women Economic Forum in 2017 in The Hague. In 2023, she was named one of the Top 20 Inspirational Women of the African Diaspora. Through her leadership at the IISR and her active role in various international committees and working groups, Fatima Roumate continues to shape the discourse around AI and law, focusing especially on ethical implications and international security. She is also deeply committed to women's empowerment and entrepreneurship, regularly conducting training sessions and workshops to support these causes. Amaro La Rosa is a professor at the Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazónin Peru and has dedicated much of his career to the study of psychology as applied to communication. In his work, La Rosa addresses topics such as social media, AI ethics, communication psychology, and the effects of social media on contemporary society. His interdisciplinary approach has allowed him to develop a broad and critical perspective on the interaction between communication, technology, and social interaction. La Rosa has published various articles and research studies on the role of social media in social activation and mobilization. His work "Social Movements, Social Media, and Symbolic Resources" is a significant example of how digital platforms influence social dynamics. He has written on topics ranging from journalism in the digital age to communication in education, and he has participated in several projects analyzing the current state of communication chaos. Amaro La Rosa is an important figure in the field of Communication Psychology, especially for his analysis of the impact of AI and information technologies on social interaction. His work contributes not only to the academic field but also provides practical tools for journalism and communication in contemporary society.
