About the Book

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 2nd International Conference, ITMM 2023 and 14th International Workshop, WRQ 2023, held in Tomsk, Russia, during December 4–9, 2023. The 23 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 96 submissions. The papers are devoted to new results in queueing theory and its applications, and also related areas of probabilistic analysis.
