About the Author :
Aziza Chakir is a Senior Lecturer, Keynote Speaker and currently serves as a researcher professor in the university Hassan II. Her research interests include in the area of Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Digital culture, Software Engineering, Knowledge Transfer Technology, IT Governance, Cloud Computing, Suitable Development (Green IT..), Machine Learning, Big Data, Data mining. She is currently working on many projects such as "Green computing" and "Ecological frameworks". Her disciplines include Architectural Engineering Information Technology, Politics Information Systems (Business Informatics) and Artificial Intelligence Distributed Computing. Her skills and expertise fall into the fields of Risk Management, Business Intelligence, IT Governance, Corporate Governance, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, and E-Government. She has authored & edited many books with renowned national & international publishers including IGI Global USA, Lambert Academic Publishing, Springer, etc. In addition, she has published research papers in national and international journals indexed by Scopus. I have also reviewed many international journals indexed by Scopus. Johanes Fernandes Andry is a Senior lecturer in Department of Information System, Faculty of Technology and Design, Universitas Bunda Mulia, Jakarta, Indonesia. His research interests are in the area of IT Governance, Information System, and enterprises Architecture, Big Data etc. He has published articles in many indexed Scopus. Keynote speaker and currently serves as workshops and business coach related to hard skills and soft skills for business owner and employees.  Rohit Bansal is working as Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies in Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak. He is a perseverant, passionate academician cum seasoned professional. Heobtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 16 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. He has authored & edited 29 books with renowned national & international publishers including IGI Global USA, Scrivener Publishing, De Gruyter, Lambert Academic Publishing, etc. In addition, he has published 160 research papers and chapters in national and international journals of repute as well as edited books. For a significant duration of 11 years, he served as a diligent Project Manager for Information Systems at the Ministry of Finance in Morocco. During this period, he acquired invaluable expertise in the realm of information systems and contributed substantially to a variety of projects aimed at enhancing government operations. Presently, he occupies the esteemed position of a Professor at Hassan II University, actively involved in teaching and research pursuits. His research interests predominantly encompass cutting-edge domains, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Blockchain Technology, Business Intelligence (BI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). His zeal lies in exploring and advancing these fields, with a particular emphasis on tackling contemporary challenges and pioneering innovative solutions.
