About the Book

This proceedings, ICMTEL 2022, constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Multimedia Technology and Enhanced Learning, ICMTEL 2022, held in April 2022. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually.
