About the Book

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th IFIP TC 9 International Conference on Human Choice and Computers, HCC13 2018, held at the 24th IFIP World Computer Congress, WCC 2018, in Poznan, Poland, in September 2018.
The 29 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 48 submissions. The papers are based on both academic research and the professional experience of information practitioners working in the field.
