About the Author :
Josie Hack est nee en 1958 a Troisvierges, village du nord du Grand Duche de Luxembourg; secretaire trilingue de formation, elle a toujours aime la lecture et la musique. Suite a son mariage, elle vient vivre en France en 1978. Apres avoir eleve ses trois enfants et un retour de quelques annees dans le metier du secretariat, l'idee de se consacrer a l'ecriture l'attire de plus en plus. Jeff Gautier et Josiane Hack se rencontrent par hasard parce qu'ils sont fans tous les deux d'un grand bluesman des annees 60 et 70. Jeff est en train d'ecrire une premiere uvre, autobiographique sur sa longue carriere de musicien professionnel. Il craque pour le style tres british et l'humour de sa complice et amie. Jeff Gautier est ne en 1953 en region parisienne. Il devient tres tot musicien professionnel, batteur de groupes pop-rock, d'orchestres, puis accompagne sur scene ou en studio une foule de chanteurs ou musiciens stars, Alain Souchon, Laurent Voulzy, Johnny Halliday, J.J. Goldman, Paul Personne, Calvin Russel, pour ne citer que ceux-la. Amoureux des mots, il ecrit des textes de chansons pour lui-meme et divers artistes, puis se lance tardivement sur un projet de recit autobiographique de sa vie de batteur. Leur rencontre fait naitre un desir de se lancer, a deux, dans l'aventure d'un roman (un polar evidemment!!) La creation de personnages, les dialogues plein d'humour, les intrigues, policieres et amoureuses, les passionnent et les enthousiasment follement ! Ce pari fou est enfin atteint en fevrier 2014"
