It is dedicated to him as he finishes his second term as Rector of the College of Europe. Inge Govaere is Professor of EU Law, Jean Monnet Chair in EU Legal Studies at Ghent University and Director of the European Legal Studies Department at the College of Europe, Bruges. Dominik Hanf is Administrator at the First Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Alicante) and Visiting Professor at the European Legal Studies Department at the College of Europe, Bruges. Inge Govaere est directeur des etudes juridiques europeennes du College d'Europe (Bruges). Elle est professeur de droit europeen et titulaire d'une chaire Jean Monnet en etudes juridiques de l'Union europeenne a l'Universite de Gand. Dominik Hanf est administrateur a la premiere chambre de recours de l'Office de l'harmonisation dans le marche interieur (Alicante) et professeur visiteur dans le programme d'etudes juridiques du College d'Europe (Bruges).
