About the Author :
Dr. Tomas Davulis, LL.M. is a Full Professor of Labour Law at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, Lithuania. His main areas of research include international and European Union labour law, non-discrimination law and industrial relations. In 2014-2015 he was presiding the working group entrusted with the preparation of the draft legislation on the new 'social-model' of Lithuania, which also includes the new version of the Labour Code.
