About the Author :
Patricia L. Sunderland, Ph.D. en psychologie sociale et culturelle à l'université du Vermont et formée en anthropologie à l'université de New York, a été la toute première enseignante d'Anthropology in Business à l'université de New York. Rita M. Denny, Ph.D. en anthropologie à l'université de Chicago, a été directrice exécutive d'EPIC, communauté mondiale d'anthropologues et de chercheurs en sciences sociales travaillant dans l'industrie. Ensemble, elles ont fondé Practica Group, LLC et Cultural Research and Analysis, Inc. et mené des recherches ethnographiques et des missions de conseil anthropologique dans le privé et le public en Amérique du Nord et du Sud, en Europe, en Asie et en Océanie.
