Etude de textes Nous irons des fondations conceptuelles de la regle aux mises en jeu des normes: de Wittgenstein, qui dans ses Recherches philosophiques insiste sur le lien des normes a leur usage, a Leibniz qui dans son Des conditions envisage des obligations conditionnelles a des faits; puis de Kelsen, qui pense les normes a la fois dans leur positivite et leur caractere d'obligation, a Aristote (Ethique a Nicomaque) qui nous montre sur quels principes de justice peuvent reposer les normes. Pierre LIVET, professeur de philosophie a l'universite d'Aix-Marseille I, est directeur du CEPERC et auteur de nombreux ouvrages et articles en philosophie de l'action et des sciences sociales.
