Review :
Writing is always technological; this collection offers a vibrant exchange on the challenges and complexities of that fact. An exploration of unique literacies and engagements, this book is a welcome resource for teachers who want to encourage students' versatility and creativity in multiple contexts. This book meets the needs of twenty-first century creative writing students at the doorstep of their gadgets and screens. Multimodal creative writing––especially as presented in this collection––is yet another reason why creative writing will continue to thrive in English Departments. This well-researched text provides faculty with much-needed approaches to teaching multimodal writing in today's world. I have spent my career studying multimodal writing and am delighted to endorse this book for its authors draw connections to the numerous lived experiences of our students. As such, the book is a valuable resource and will have an impact on the ways we construct meaning.
