Sean Allen was born in the U.K. to American military parents. He spent the majority of his childhood and early adult years in Colorado, where he earned a B.S. degree in Economics and an M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management from the Colorado School of Mines. He is currently living in California with his wife, indulging his love for writing and the great outdoors.
