About the Book

Peace and Happiness Aren't Acquired Externally. They're Cultivated Internally. You've played the game. Built a life. Tried the hacks. Maybe even done some therapy. And still-here you are... stressed, anxious, frustrated, and exhausted. The truth is that everything you've tried was built on a lie: That you'll achieve peace and happiness by putting all the puzzle pieces in place or doing more of the same, just better. Wrong. Misguided. And impossible. In Seeking Sanity, engineer-turned-therapist Joseph DeNicholas dismantles the modern myths that have kept you stuck-and offers an honest, refreshingly practical path to overall wellbeing that has transformed his life and the lives of his patients. No fluff. No empty affirmations. Just deep insight, precise practices, and the wake-up call you didn't know you needed. Inside these pages, you'll discover: + Relief-starting today. Learn how to cultivate happiness and calm your nervous system in 15 minutes or less + Clarity on why nothing has worked-until now + A full-system reboot leading to mastery of the modern human experience in all its intensity + Effective methods that will help alleviate suffering and everyday stress + A life upgrade and understanding that your sanity doesn't have to depend on what's happening around you This isn't just another "feel-good" book. It's a no-BS manual for reclaiming your mind, heart, and life.
