About the Book

What if success wasn't a mystery, but a pattern?

Endorsed by world-renowned strategist and peak performance expert Tony Robbins, this powerful collaborative work brings together twenty influential voices from across the globe-public speakers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and authors-each offering hard-won insight into what it truly takes to build a life of purpose, prosperity, and impact.

At its core, this book challenges the idea that success is reserved for the few. Instead, it reveals that success leaves clues-predictable behaviors, disciplined mindsets, and intentional actions that, when applied consistently, produce extraordinary results.

Through a dynamic blend of personal stories, strategic frameworks, and actionable guidance, each contributor pulls back the curtain on their own journey, sharing not only their victories but also the failures, pivots, and defining moments that shaped their path. From mastering mindset and resilience to scaling businesses, building influence, and creating lasting fulfillment, this book delivers a multidimensional blueprint for success in today's world.

More than a collection of perspectives, this is a unified call to action: to think bigger, act bolder, and take ownership of your future.

Whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur, an established professional seeking your next level, or someone ready to redefine what success means on your own terms, this book offers the clarity, tools, and inspiration to help you move forward with confidence.

Because success isn't accidental-it's constructed. And now, the blueprint is in your hands.

Diane Merrill Wigginton is an award-winning author whose work spans historical romance, suspense, and children's fiction, and now self-help/business. At fifty, she pursued publication, launching her career with Angelina's Secret, the first novel in the acclaimed Jeweled Dagger Series. Since then, she has published multiple novels across genres and her first children's book, The Secret of One-Eyed Cogburn, The Dreaded Pirate Captain.Diane's fiction has earned twenty-three awards to date, including the Benjamin Franklin Digital Award, the Readers' Favorite First Place Historical Fiction Award, and ten awards for A Compromising Position. Her stories are known for emotional depth, strong heroines, and adventurous plots that transport readers. After retiring in 2017, Diane and her husband relocated to Kalispell, Montana, where she writes full-time and enjoys the wilderness outside her back door. She continues to craft rich characters and sweeping, heartfelt tales that celebrate resilience, love, and family, and she encourages others to follow their creative calling.
