About the Book

Loss and grief are one of life's most challenging transitions. It can feel very dark, overwhelming, frightening, and lonely. Divided into two parts and sixteen assignments, My Grief Diary is a workbook written by the hosts of Grief Diaries Radio based upon the tools they used in their very own journeys and then passed on to their radio guests, callers, and listeners around the world. My Grief Diary is designed to find you, the broken hearted, in the black abyss of profound sorrow and gives you a safe place to vent feelings and fears, while offering tools to help navigate the intense emotions we all experience in the afterloss. It also lists free resources including online worldwide groups filled with grievers like yourself, because it's important to know you aren't alone. Most importantly, My Grief Diary becomes a treasured confidante that remains by your side like a light in the dark while you navigate the life-changing journey of heartbreaking grief. Return to it and re-do the assignments as often as you need until you find your way out of the dark and into the light.

About the Author :
Lynda Cheldelin Fell is an international bestselling author, radio and film producer, and inspirational visionary who is passionately dedicated to serving those struggling with life's challenges. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Lynda and her beloved husband lost their 15 year-old daughter, a competitive swimmer who died in a tragic car accident while coming home from watching Michael Phelps compete in Seattle in 2009. Surrounded by love and support, Lynda was determined to overcome the overwhelming darkness, and was just finding her footing when her 46 year-old husband suffered a major stroke leaving him with permanent disabilities. Seeing the world through filter of sorrow, Lynda found comfort by helping others who were struggling, and this fueled her passion to create a legacy of help, healing and hope. She founded AlyBlue Media in 2013 when she first penned her story in the international bestselling book, The Missing Piece: A Transformational Journey. Filling a void in the media world that favored scandal over humanitarian issues, Lynda launched Grief Diaries Radio in February 2014, and soon added film, webinars, and books to her repertoire. Considered a pioneer in the field of inspirational hope in the aftermath of loss, Lynda creates ground-breaking projects dedicated to raising awareness and compassion, teaching others that they hold the power to change someone's life with just one smile, and inspire hope that life can be full and rich in the aftermath of loss. Lynda owns AlyBlue Media, is board president of the National Grief & Hope Coalition, creator of the Grief Diaries brand and The Wise Diaries brand. Lynda believes that inside every human is a story worth telling, and is passionate about helping people share their journeys through life's most challenging losses.
