Your Darkest Thoughts was created as a personal journal designed to help you see and record self-inflicted thought patterns that create those feelings of worry, anxiety and fear. The good news is that many times you agonize over things that will never ever happen. Mostly illusions we think are real. Think about that for a second. Think of all the times you've wasted energy over the illusion of worry, anxiety and fear where nothing really happened. Yet it felt so real, sickening, and even hopeless. We all know that radio and TV stations simultaneously transmit electrical energy signals around the world and even outer space. We even build electronic equipment that captures and translates each signal into forms of energy we can see and hear. We waste an unusual amount of energy over fear, anxiety and worry. We must understand that each thought we have emits a very powerful energy force field that works toward our benefit or destroys its opportunity to materialize. What's difficult for us to grasp is that each thought we have transmits this powerful form of electrical energy. And while science has equipment to help doctors see brain activity, we haven't built equipment yet than can translate our thought energy in a way that we can instantly see it on demand. A personal way to kick these harmful, self-inflicted thought habits is journaling. Begin writing down your darkest thoughts when you recognize one roaming around in your head. Even if it's the same thought, write it down. Once you begin see how often your thought patterns reappear, that's when you can begin to regain control and replace destructive negative thought with a supportive positive thought or word, one at a time. On the left page of your journal your write down each negative that crosses your mind. On the right page of your journal immediate think of words that can turn that negative thought around by creating a positive response with the outcome of what you want to happen instead. The more you affirm the positive, the negative will start to fade and even disappear. Depending on your current state of mind, journaling is one tool that can help. Seeking professional help is also recommended. So, if you care about dealing with self-destructive negative thoughts, we encourage you to begin journaling your darkest thoughts and confront them (pun intended) head on.
