About the Book

With employee engagement at an all-time low, managers globally are looking at ways to be tap into the ideas of their workforce. It is disruptive to introduce crowdsourcing and gamification in creating competitive advantage and engagement of the employee base; yet it is the one obvious choice hidden in plain sight and with technology and timing completely ripe for this kind of adventure and engagement. The book explores why it is good to look into these options and gives strategies on how to create winning results for you, your employees and your organisation. In today's society we are all more and more interconnected with a larger proportion of the population than ever wanting to make a difference.
