About the Book

To Him That Overcometh is a self-realization book about reincarnation and the law of karma interpreted from the Book of Revelation 3:21. The King James version of the bible states To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. What do these words spoken by Jesus Christ the lamb suggest? Is reincarnation, the cycle of birth, life and death due to the law of karma from ego what must be overcome? Did Jesus or the bible teach a belief in reincarnation and have you ever asked yourself: "HAVE I BEEN HERE BEFORE"? Well, the answer is a resounding... "YES!" In fact, for many centuries and generations people from all cultures, races, religions and nations have agreed in this belief of past lives and reincarnation. This book examines those beliefs from the earliest races, Egyptians, Chaldeans, Jews, Christians and Hindus to the present day New Agers, Yogis and Mystics. Science has already proven that energy is never created nor destroyed, only transformed. The Consciousness that gives rise to life may appear in many forms through many incarnations but the essence of the soul is eternal without beginning nor end. Travel with us as we explore these Eternal Truths to better understand our place in this world and "why we are here!" Ultimately, whether you believe in reincarnation or not isn't important. What is important is what you do with the life you're currently living. This gives rise to the concept of the law of karma. That which you do unto another shall ultimately be done unto you. These are the teachings of Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Mohammed and many other spiritual figures. Hence, there are many paths but they all lead to one goal... Self-Realization! There is a purpose to life and a reason for which we live many lives. We are a work in progress and our goal is spiritual perfection. Like transforming lead into gold through alchemy, the lower self of the ego must be transmuted to the highest state of Awareness and Consciousness. This has been referred to as spiritual enlightenment, soul awakening, Moksha, Kaivalya or Nirvana. Yet the yogis declare that the path to this soul liberation and freedom is yoga meaning "union." This is the union of the soul with Spirit. In order to realize the meaning from Revelation 3:12 "To Him that Overcometh" we must first understand birth, life and death. This book shall help point you in the direction to start you down the path to your own self-awakening! ""Many rivers... One Ocean; many branches... One Tree; many paths... One Destination; many stories... One Truth!"" 1 S.O.U.L. Publishing www.selfawakened.com"
