About the Book

Total Change Management (TCM) consists of an innovative integration of change-related aspects of CMMI, Analytics and BI, BPM, EAI, TOGAF, P3O, MSP, "Artificial Brain for Management" and AI, Computational and Neuro-Cognitive Study of Brain, Service Science, E-GOVERNMENT, EFQM, CMMI, ITSM, ITIL, BPMS, ERP, BSC, Organisational Psychology, Crowd Sourcing and Collective Intelligence, ... (contemporary frameworks and tools important in organizational transformation and development). The three volumes of the TCM book: Volume 1 (Progress Dimensions and Maturity Models): We have come up with over thirty maturity models (dimensions of organizational progress) all culminating in a Total Oraganisational Maturity Model (TOMM), based on which the gap analysis for change is done. Volume 2 (Progress Rules to be Implemented): There are examples of about 150+ major rules to implement such that the progress according to the 30+ maturity models happens. Volume 3 (Implementation Framework and Super-process): For suggesting a way of implementing the rules, we have introduced a super-process containing several ten sub-processes. The above, plus the per-case customizations of the framework by excellent change programme managers, may give us the most "complete and yet practical" change model we already know of (actually initiating a 'total change discipline' of multi-dimensional nature).

About the Author :
Dr. Ali Kermanshah is among the most renown top executives and management faculty members in Iran with decades of experience as vice-minister, vice-president of Central Bank of Iran, presidency of firms such as Industrial Management Institute and faculty membership of GSME at Sharif University of Technology. Dr. Armin Shams is a multidisciplinary researcher and practitioner, who has won high distinctions as fine as rank one in 100,000. He has been an ACM ICPC World Finalist in 2001, a winner of Khwarizmi Award for Artificial Intelligence research, in 1997 and has improved the Chebyshev's Theorem about Bertrand's Conjecture concerning the gaps between primes (UMJ, 59, 10, in 2007). Armin, a senior member of IEEE, is currently the Head of Holistic Enterprise Transformation and Architecture group at SEERIO, Sharif University of Technology, a Change Programme Manager with private sector and a Board Member of SEERIO and FSF Corp. He has over nineteen years of experience in business and academia as a change programme manager, research scientist, engineer, C-level executive and lecturer. Armin has won over 220,000 dollars of applied research grants for his PhD (University of Manchester), postdoc/fellow positions and further applied research in business management and computer science fields, in Europe and the Middle East (collaborating with top universities and companies such as IBM, Microsoft and Intel in form of R&D consortium). Armin has experienced ground breaking roles such as Senior Research Fellow with Industrial Management Institute, concerned with foundation of Total Change Management and devising Artificial Brain for Management.
