About the Author :
Paul McGregor is a leadership and engagement expert who helps leaders in government, community, and business drive meaningful change. Known for his sharp questions and practical insights, Paul has spent over a decade helping leaders transform their teams and themselves - with less stress and more impact. Paul trained as a lawyer but took a different path - working in government, non-profit leadership and most recently as the partner in a change consultancy. In all those different contexts, he saw people burning out and stressing out with the pressure of trying to do more with less. Now a speaker, author, and advisor, he works alongside leaders, career changers, and business owners helping them to make a bigger impact with less stress. With Paul, expect curious questions, a good story, and a laugh as you get to the heart of what really matters.
